This is a short film about her love for the trails in British Columbia, time ago I changed my predilection in running by mountains instead of stepping the asphalt, there are lots of reasons that I will explain in the future, but watching this video is quite easy to imagine.

I have going up and down the hill, crossed rivers,  jumped obstacles, saw wild life, suffered weather conditions, rain, wind, but there’s nothing like that, if you feel bored or tired… I just recommend you to try it, even walking some when you realize your heart is about to explode, or your legs can’t do one step more. Try it and explain me later.

Every time I see any video like this, have to control myself and don’t put my running shoes, so I think I won’t click on the play …. but you can, yes, and if you do it…. I don’t want to feel guilty of consequences so I’m not responsible, and all consequences is because YOU decided to do.

Be irresponsible, click and enjoy

Ps. Today April 23rd 19:15h I clicked on play button, final result… I put my running shoes and did a short 5kms run by mountain paths 😛

  1. I feel like a stalker now, leaving all these comments, but I love trail running more than anything else. Did you ever hear of the Hash House Harriers? here in Taiwan the China Hash does incredible runs out in the jungle, up and down mountains, through rivers and canyons, spooky graveyards and luxurious plantations… it was the most amazing year of “tourunning”, I will miss it so much.

    1. ohhhh!!! so great!! i would love it for sure, I know it is not the same, but sometimes I run through the forest, jumping going down without any special destination. well hope you can find something similar where you are going now. I can see there is somebody more crazy than me in this world !! 😛 by the way you can find me in here http://www.facebook.com/miqueldg and about Barcelona….. if you come let me know about it, we can plan some special run!

      1. I don’t know if there is a good Hash near Barcelona, but they exist everywhere in the world… although I’ve heard they aren’t always as crazy as the Hash. The Hash made me fearless, pushing my boundaries all the time even though sometimes the runs seemed insane, especially the night-time ones! I strongly recommend them if you ever find one near you 😀 Oh and as you can see I added you on FB, thanks!

      2. and to end all these comments look at this guy, sure you know him, he was born near where I live http://vimeo.com/42632868, well not sure there are something similar to The Hash, but it is just a question to create one by our selves

      3. I didn’t know him but that video was amazing, so uplifting and beautiful — and I love when one guy runs through the kind of half-pipe of snow… I looked for Spanish HHH but sadly they seem to be full of expats more interested in drinking than running trails 😦

      4. Yes you are right, not HHH in Barcelona just those “drunk” ones, well as soon as you move to Spain we will create our first one! 😛 look for more videos about him, his name is Killian Jornet, and the ones “Killian quest” are wonderful, they are filmed by Sebastian Montez , enjoy them
